Location for apartments south Amsterdam

The location connects to the existing residential building. The municipality is very positive about the intended development to realize an apartment complex for 5 to 20 residential units, depending on the size and need, with a nice view of the water. It is also possible to moor at the water with a boat.

In the short term, plans are also being made to extend the existing tram connection from Amstelveen to this location. The location is easily accessible and there are sufficient facilities such as shops in the vicinity.
