When you have purchased or rented an item and the seller or lessor has been assisted by us, we can record the following information:
- your name, address and contact details such as your telephone number and e-mail address

- the date of registration of the object and the period that the object is or has been for sale or for rent

- the description and characteristics of the object such as the asking price or rental price, the year of construction, the areas and layout, cadastral data and the WOZ value

What do we use this data for?
You sell or rent your property or you are looking for another object We use your information to perform the mediation order you have given us. Your data can also be used:

- to bring your object to the attention of the public, for example on Funda, on our website or in sales brochures

- to carry out appraisals and other valuations (your object is only used as a reference building)

- for carrying out analyzes and reports so that we can improve the service

- for sending information about our products and services; if you wish to unsubscribe from this, please contact us.
 

You are looking for another object
When you engage us with the purchase or rental of an object or a viewing with an object. Your data can also be used:
- to send information about other objects

- to carry out analyzes and reports so that we can improve our services

- for the preparation of formal documents; Purchase deed, purchase agreement, Service contract or valuation report
 

You buy or rent an object from someone who makes use of our services.
We use your data to maintain contact with you, for example to send you the purchase agreement. Your data can also be used:
- for advice purposes, when you have requested

- to carry out analyzes and reports so that we can improve our services

- for the preparation of formal documents; Purchase deed, purchase agreement, Service contract or valuation report
 

Security and storage period
We will ensure that your data is adequately secured so that your data is protected against unauthorized use, unauthorized access, modification and unlawful destruction. Your data will be stored for as long as necessary for the purposes indicated above or insofar as this is necessary for compliance with legal obligations and for resolving any disputes.

Access, correction and removal
Make requests for access, correction or deletion of data to us stating your name and address. In principle, we will respond to a request for access or correction request within four weeks. In the event of a request for removal, we will remove the relevant personal data as soon as possible, unless and insofar as the law requires to keep the personal data in question or for (other) urgent reasons that oppose removal.
