(Re)development
Project development involves a process in which land, investors and users are brought together to realize a spatial project. We take on the risks involved in such projects for our clients and deliver the plan to the end buyer or lessee at the right moment. We also do project development for our own portfolio at our own risk. This involves our frequent contact with municipalities to understand the various perspectives on any particular development. A development plan is then further designed and finalized to ensure a good sales result. The entire development and redevelopment process consists of five phases in which we involve the potential buyer(s) as early as possible to deliver a tailored outcome. We use our expertise, experience and network to ensure the desired results are being achieved for all projects.
